We cover smaller events such as corporate meetings, business celebrations, birthday parties, galas, fundraisers, and other professional gatherings. Our focus is on events that allow us to capture meaningful interactions, key moments, and the overall atmosphere without the scale of weddings or school graduations.

We primarily cover single-day events but can accommodate multi-day coverage for smaller business or professional gatherings on a case-by-case basis. We are also happy to travel for events outside our local area, with applicable travel fees. We’ll discuss all the details during our consultation to ensure your needs are met. A deposit is required to confirm the booking, with full payment by check due on the event day.

To ensure availability, We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks before your event, especially during busy seasons. If you’re working with a tighter timeline, feel free to reach out. We will do our best to accommodate if the schedule permits. A deposit is required to secure your date and full payment is due by check on the day of the event.

For most events, I work solo to ensure consistency and quality in your final gallery. However, for larger events or if additional coverage is needed, I can bring an assistant or a second photographer. Let’s discuss the size and scope of your event to determine the best fit.
