Every school has specific needs and we are here to help you achieve the desired look that showcases your students and school’s history. Many sessions are scheduled indoors in the fall and/or spring. If your school has an attractive outdoor location this may be an option for the session.

How It Works
Our Unique Method
Upon booking, we will schedule a site inspection to survey the available space and identify any challenges. Organizers will provide an accurate class list and parents’ contact information.
Once communication is established, parents will be informed of their purchasing options. Depending on the schools wishes, this may be done via prepayment envelopes or online ordering.
On Picture Day
We arrive early to set up and test our equipment. We have uploaded your class lists into our system and pre-registered all students. Each student receives a name card with a unique code, ensuring easy access to their photos. Parents can use the code to gain private access to their child’s photos online to make a purchase.
Delivery
Once the purchasing deadline has passed, portraits will be processed and delivered to your school building for distribution. Portraits are typically delivered in 3-4 weeks from the day of the session.
