Senior Banner Pricing
The creation of senior banners takes time because of the collaborative process. You are purchasing the banner along with the time and talent of the photographer to photograph, create the graphics and print the banner. It is important to schedule at least 15 minutes per player for the posing and selection process.

This option is for athletes who only want to be a part of the team banner.
The fee covers the photographer’s time and creation of this individual’s place in the team’s banner.
The athlete will also be responsible for contributing his/her equal share to the cost of the printed banner. No individual product will be distributed to the athlete.
The banner is 3 feet tall by 6 feet long. Team members collaborate to create a cohesive image that showcases both individuality and unity. Each student will select their individual pose on the day of the session in their designated time slot.
The fee covers the photographer’s time and the cost of the printed banner. The fee is commonly split equally among the senior athletes or covered by a team fund.
For an athlete to be included in the team banner, they must choose to purchase an individual banner or the team banner inclusion option.
The banner is 4 feet tall by 3 feet wide. Senior banners are created in collaboration with the student athlete. Each student will select their individual pose on the day of the session.

For those interested in a digital option, we offer the purchase of an un-retouched file, sized up to 2.5 MB, for $50 per image—perfect for personal use.
Important: To view your images, you must attend an in-person viewing session (or zoom). No online galleries will be shared.

How Senior Banners Photography Works
Step 1
Nihart Photography will be in contact with one responsible coordinator who will communicate with senior athletes and their families to determine a date for the session and organize the payment process. This individual will also ensure all names are accurately assigned to the athletes and spelled correctly prior to the printing of the banners.
Step 2
The session is held at Nihart Photography Studio. Each athlete is given a designated amount of time to express themselves in front of the camera and select the image of their choice.
When it is determined that Nihart Photography will conduct the session at the school, the coordinator must have a minimum of two adult volunteers present to assist with the session. This is not a quick school photo day. It is important to clearly communicate the session schedule to coaches, players, and parents in advance.
Step 3
Nihart Photography creates the banners and sends the final version to the coordinator so names can be reviewed prior to printing. This person is responsible for making sure the names are spelled correctly.
Banners will be printed and ready for pickup within 7-10 days of the coordinator signing off on accurately spelled names.
Sharon did a fabulous job with our soccer banners for Senior night. Each player was able to pick their banner photo from multiple and unique shots that Sharon took during their photo shoot. We could not have been any happier with the entire experience.

Yes, I photograph high school seniors!
For a range of professional, edited portraits the minimum fee is $1,350. This option is perfect when you desire printed products. Please reach out if you would like to learn more about printed products!
If you’re seeking a fun, quick session and prefer digital-only images, I offer a campus shoot for up to one hour. You’ll receive color-corrected 1MB files for a flat fee of $750, which is due upon booking. This option is ideal if you are not interested in printing the images. The images will be color corrected but will not be retouched. Want to include up to 2 friends? Each additional person can be added for $150.
Please note that this is a limited service and not a major focus of my business at the moment. Consequently, there will be minimal pre-consultation involved if choosing the digital-only option. If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Absolutely! I will come to your game and photograph. Let me know who to focus on and you’ll receive color-corrected 5MB files. The images will be color corrected but will not be retouched. Please reach out if you are interested or have questions!
Absolutely! When working with a large team, each team member is individually photographed in the same pose. These images are then composited together, with graphics added to incorporate the team name and colors. This ensures a cohesive and personalized look for each banner, celebrating the entire team and each player. This is a great option for youth league organizations looking to highlight their athletes in a unified and professional way.
