I was looking to have new headshots taken. The old one was old. Maybe about 10 years. I changed, not much, but in obvious ways – big chop on the hair, a little more gray and a little more wrinkles (aka laugh lines). The photographer who took the headshots had passed away so I was stuck in limbo trying to find someone. About 3 months ago, through a mutual friend and colleague, I came across Sharon Nihart and Nihart Photography and began following her on Facebook.
During that course of time, I saw the photos she took – headshots, family portraits. Even pictures of her family. Not only did I like the quality of the work but I also liked the stories she shared behind each of her stories. When the opportunity presented itself, I took advantage of a promotional offer she had to get my headshots done.
Wow! I wasn’t disappointed. I wanted something different than the traditional headshot – black/dark jacket with white shirt or light colored shirt. I instead wanted color. Something that was professional but stood out from the norm. Little did I know my shots were going to turn out so good that it made it hard to choose the final images.
Sharon Nihart has a great eye. She’s very professional and knows her craft. Her and her team made my session such a breeze. Very easy to work with.
